If you’re still on the lookout for the right land for your new home, we can assist you in two ways! We have available lots for sale, and we can also connect you with one of our trusted Realtor partners to help you find the perfect location. If you’ve already acquired a lot, our construction team will come to assess the property, examining aspects like topography, utility access, and land clearing. This evaluation will provide valuable insights into how these factors may affect the design and budget of your project.

Once you’ve secured a lot and are ready to start building, we’ll formalize the process with a Pre-Build Agreement. This agreement enables our home building team to assist you with project planning, design, and budget considerations. If you haven’t yet chosen an architect or finalized a floor plan, you can collaborate with one of our trusted architects, or we can help you find one that suits your needs. Throughout this phase, we’ll work closely with you to ensure that your design aligns with your vision while staying within your budget, all without sacrificing quality.

After finalizing your design, our estimator will collaborate with you to create a budget that accurately reflects the actual construction expenses. Upon completing the estimation phase, we will present you with a comprehensive document detailing all anticipated costs associated with your home’s construction. Once you approve both the design and the budget, we’ll move forward with the construction of your home.

With your design and budget in place, we’re excited to commence the construction phase of your project. You will be paired with a Construction Superintendent and Interior designer who will serve as your main on-site liaison, managing all aspects of the build from excavation to the day you move in. They will be present at the job site every day, ready to address any questions and ensure that everything aligns with your vision. You’ll have the opportunity to visit your home each day, and we’ll also schedule walkthroughs at key stages of construction to review progress and discuss any necessary updates.

Once the active construction phase is finished, we’ll take a walk through your new home with you before closing to ensure everything meets your expectations. We provide a comprehensive one-year workmanship warranty on your new home, which also covers the work and products supplied by our trades and vendors. Plus, our 2/10 Builders Warranty covers mechanical and structural components, which cover essential systems for added peace of mind.
